Creamy Sunflower Seed Dip with Crudités

1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/4 cups water
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. cumin seeds
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/8 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Yield: Serving size is 2 oz. (4 tbsp.)


Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Top with dried parsley flakes or fresh herbs.

Serve with your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!

Note: Add a little water to thin it out and serve as salad dressing.
