Tobacco Cessation Program

The purpose of the Tobacco Cessation Program is to provide guidance and support for those who want to quit smoking. Our mission is to assist members in attaining and maintaining a tobacco-free lifestyle.

Program Overview:

  • Program orientation provided for all potential participants.
  • One-on-one assessment and treatment plan developed for each participant.
  • Treatment plan includes education, support, and possible medication therapy.
  • 3-month treatment program for medication, including Chantix, Zyban and Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT) of the patch, gum and lozenge.
  • Participants are encouraged to attend at least 10 of 12 educational sessions in the form of group and one-on-one sessions, but participants may attend as many sessions as needed.

Participants in the Tobacco Cessation Program are seen by appointment only and scheduled for one-on-one consultations and group sessions.
